Japanese Sautéed Mushrooms

Another recipe from Taiwan via Pullman, WA.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice, cube, or slice button mushrooms.
  2. Heat canola oil and butter in saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add mushrooms to the saucepan and stir.
  4. Add the soy sauce, mirin, stock, and wasabi. Cook about 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender.
